In order to be GDPR compliant you'll need to get explicit consent from anyone who creates a member account with you via MemberSpace to agree to your terms & conditions (if you have them).

Luckily this is very easy to do!

Step 1) Talk with a lawyer (if you haven't already) to create your Terms & Conditions wording.

Step 2) Add this wording to a new terms & conditions page on your website (or simply upload a PDF version of the wording to your website)

Step 3) Copy the link URL to either your terms & conditions page or to the PDF asset you uploaded.

Step 4) In MemberSpace, log into your backend > click on your website > click on Settings > click on Sign Up Fields > click "Add a Sign Up Field".

Step 5) Select "Checkbox" as the type of input and for the display name enter in something like this: I agree to the Terms & Conditions

For the display name text, make sure you replace "https://yoursite.com/terms" with the actual url of your terms & conditions page or PDF. And also be sure to make the field required.

Now whenever someone goes to sign up on your website as a member they will be required to check off the box in your sign up form agreeing to your terms & conditions:
