How to navigate to your plan's content

Accessing your plan's content via the Member Menu

If the website where you have your membership includes a Member Menu, follow the steps below to access your plan's content.

  1. Log in to your membership account.
  2. Open the Member Menu via any of the Member Links on the site where you have your membership.
  3. In the Member Menu, locate the page you would like to access and click it. You will then be taken to that page:

If the website where you have your membership does NOT include a Member Menu, follow the steps below to access your plan's content.

  1. Log in to your membership account.
  2. Open your Account area via any of the Member Links on the site where you have your membership.

  3. Click the "Access Content" link next to the plan's content you want to access:
