How to change plans or join new plans
This guide is part of our Member Account FAQ series.
- Open your Account
- Click the 'Join new plan' or 'Change plan' button under the 'Plans' section:The 'Join new plan' button will only appear if there is an additional public plan available to join.
The 'Change plan' button will only appear if there is a public recurring payment or multiple payment plan available for you to join.
- Select a new plan from the dropdown and then choose your payment details:
Any plans you were previously on will always be listed under the Plans section in your Account.
