What to do if you're not getting emails from MemberSpace

This guide is part of our Member Account FAQ series.

If you're not getting emails from MemberSpace i.e. forgot password, payment receipt, etc. there are a couple of steps you can take to troubleshoot.

  1. Check your spam or junk folder in your email client (e.g. Gmail). On rare occasions, MemberSpace emails can get sent there mistakenly.

    If you find an email from MemberSpace there, view its details and make sure it's signed-by: memberspace. If it is, then be sure you report it as not spam: After marking it as not spam, the issue shouldn't happen again with future emails. But if you notice emails still going to spam or junk, please repeat this step.
  2. If you're trying to access the emails from a work computer, sometimes there are special filtering settings that can stop MemberSpace emails from arriving in your inbox.

    Ask your IT department to make sure they white-label any emails from the memberspace.com domain.
