How to adjust payment renewal reminder emails
Whenever you have members signed up for a recurring or multiple charge plan that has a payment interval of 3 months+ (e.g. annual plans), they will receive a payment renewal reminder email.
You can edit this email in MemberSpace > click Customize > click Notification Emails > click Payment Renewal Reminder:
However, you may want to have this reminder email go out at a different interval other than 7 days (e.g. 3 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc).
To change when the email will be sent, log into your Stripe account > click Settings (at the top, right) > click Subscriptions and email under Billing > then adjust the Upcoming renewal events dropdown to a different selection:
After you click Save, you should be all set. Your Payment Renewal Reminder email in MemberSpace will now go out according to whatever day selection you made in the Stripe dropdown.
