How to adjust payment renewal reminder emails
Whenever you have members signed up for a recurring or multiple charge plan that has a payment interval of 3 months+ (e.g. annual plans), they will receive a payment renewal reminder email.
Edit the content
- In your MemberSpace Dashboard click Customize > click Notification Email
- Select the Payment Renewal Reminder email

Edit the timing when this email is delivered.
- Log into your Stripe account.
- Click Settings (at the top, right).
- Click Subscriptions and email under Billing.
- Adjust the Upcoming renewal events dropdown to a different selection.

After you click Save, you should be all set. Your Payment Renewal Reminder email in MemberSpace will now go out according to whatever day selection you made in the Stripe dropdown.
