What kind of support do you provide?

We offer several methods of support.

Our support team will usually get back to you within an hour (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm ET). They will be more than happy to assist you with all questions concerning MemberSpace by email: [email protected]

Alternatively, you can sign up for our live Office Hours with Ward (our CEO) or Roger (Support), held every Wednesday and Friday. Just click here to sign up.

Also, we have a member’s community for mostly peer-to-peer connection and support. This is a place to share ideas and information while collaborating with others. You can post any MemberSpace questions you have there.
