Can I offer free trials to my members?

Yes! We know how valuable it can be to let potential members experience your offering before committing, so setting up a free trial is quick and easy.

When creating a Member Plan, simply choose the length of the trial period — you can decide how much time your members need to explore before being charged.

After the trial period ends, the member will be automatically charged for the plan. If you’d like to give someone extra time, you can extend their trial period directly from your Stripe account.

When you enable trials in MemberSpace, automatic account-based emails will also be sent to your members, letting them know when their trial starts and ends.
