How to delete plans
Follow these steps to delete a plan.
Go to Pricing in your left navigation and click Edit next to the plan you want to delete:
Scroll down and click Delete this plan? > Delete plan now:
Click OK in the popup:
If there are any active members currently on the plan, you won't be able to delete it until you remove those members from the plan.
Removing members on free plans
If the plan is free, remove any members from the plan by going to your MemberSpace account > click Members in your left navigation > click View member details > click Cancel next to the plan > then click Remove in the popup.
Repeat this for every member on the plan. Afterward, you should be able to delete your free plan.
Removing members on paid plans
If the plan is paid, remove any members from the plan by going to your MemberSpace account > click Members in your left navigation > click View member details > click Cancel next to the plan > then click Remove (one-time payment plans or fully paid multiple payment plans) or Cancel Subscription (recurring payment plans or multiple payment plans with remaining payments) in the popup.
Repeat this for every member on the plan. Afterward, you should be able to delete your paid plan.
When a plan is deleted, members who were previously on it will no longer see the plan listed in the Plans section of their account. Additionally, the plan's signup link will no longer work, and any page/content protection it provided will disappear.
