How to add a Login / Account popup to Duda

You can easily add a Login form popup into your top navigation or within a specific page of your website.

When members are logged in, the popup will appear as a "Your Account" link automatically so your members can change their email, view invoices, update their credit card, cancel their subscription, etc.

Instructions for adding the popup to your site's navigation and/or a specific page are below.

Adding to your site's navigation

  1. In MemberSpace click 'Customize' in the top navigation > click 'Integrations' > click 'Duda' > scroll down and click the 'Copy' button under 'Login / Account Popup':
  2. Make sure you are logged into your Duda backend.
  3. Click 'Pages' in the left side menu then click 'New Page':
  4. Click on 'Page URL':
  5. Enter whatever you want for the 'Page Name' (e.g. Member Login), then paste in the code you copied into the URL field, then click 'Add Page' at the bottom:

  6. Lastly don't forget to 'Publish' your changes. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the Duda editor).

If you would like to add a Create Account button within your Login form, here are instructions.

Adding to a specific page

If you prefer to add a Login / Account popup link onto a specific page of your website you can also feel free to do that.

  1. In MemberSpace click 'Customize' in the top navigation > click 'Integrations' > click 'Duda' > scroll down and click the 'Copy' button under 'Login / Account Popup':
  2. Make sure you are logged into your Duda backend.
  3. Find the page you want to add the popup link to and click it.
  4. Click 'Widgets' in the left side menu. You can then add any type of link (e.g. text, button, etc.) but in this example we'll use a Button and drag that widget onto the page:
  5. Select 'Website URL', then paste in the code you copied before into the URL field, and uncheck 'Open in a new window':
  6. Lastly don't forget to 'Publish' your changes. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the Duda editor).

If you would like to add a Create Account button within your Login form, here are instructions.
