How to add a Member Link popup to Duda
You can easily add a login form popup to your top navigation or within a specific page of your website.
When members are logged in, the popup will automatically appear as a "Your Account" link so your members can change their email, view invoices, update their payment method, cancel their subscription, etc.
Instructions for adding the popup to your site's navigation and/or a specific page are below.
Adding to your site's navigation
In MemberSpace, click Customize in the left navigation > click Integrations > click Duda > scroll down to Member Link Options and click the Copy button under Popup:
- Make sure you are logged into your Duda backend.
Click Pages in the left side menu then click New Page:
Click on Page URL:
Enter whatever you want for the Page Name (e.g. Member Login) > paste the code you previously copied into the URL field > then click Add Page at the bottom:
- Lastly, don't forget to Publish your changes. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the Duda editor).
By default, the Login form will include a Create Account button. If needed, you can remove or edit the Create Account button.
Adding to a specific page
If you prefer to add a Member Link popup onto a specific page of your website, you can also feel free to do that.
In MemberSpace, click Customize in the left navigation > click Integrations > click Duda > scroll down to Member Link Options and click the Copy button under Popup:
- Make sure you are logged into your Duda backend.
- Find the page you want to add the popup link to and click it.
Click Widgets in the left side menu. You can then add any type of link (e.g. text, button, etc.) by dragging the widget onto the page. In this example, we'll use a Button:
Enter whatever button text you'd like > select Website URL > then paste the code you previously copied into the URL field > uncheck Open in a new window:
- Lastly, don't forget to Publish your changes. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the Duda editor).
By default, the Login form will include a Create Account button. If needed, you can remove or edit the Create Account button.
