How to set up email white-labeling

White-labeling MemberSpace is only available on our Advanced Plan.

By default, any Member Emails we send on your behalf (e.g. payment receipt), will be sent via [email protected] but will have your name and email as the From Name and Reply-To Address. However, MemberSpace email white-labeling allows you to have these emails sent via your own domain (e.g. [email protected]).

What is email white-labeling?

Your members will receive a number of Member Emails from you related to their membership.  White-labeling (aka authenticating) your email address can better ensure these emails will successfully make it to your members' inboxes.

There are a couple of reasons you may want to white-label your email address:

  • It can help to achieve better delivery rates by verifying that your emails are from a legitimate source, preventing them from being flagged and ending up in spam.
  • White-labeling allows you to streamline your branding.

How to set up email white-labeling

  1. First, decide which email address you'd like to use to send Member Emails.
  2. Email [email protected] and let us know you'd like to white-label your email address.  Be sure to include which email address you'd like to use!
  3. Next, we'll send you instructions explaining how to add two DNS records on your end.
  4. Once you've added the DNS records, let us know so we can complete the process.  We'll notify you once we're finished.
