How to cancel a member's plan

Follow the steps below to cancel a member's plan.

1. In your MemberSpace backend, go to Members.
2. Next, find the member whose plan you'd like to cancel and click View member details.
3. Click Cancel below the plan.

4. If you're canceling a recurring payment plan, choose when you'd like the plan to cancel > enter a cancelation reason > click Cancel Subscription.
