How to cancel a member's plan

Follow the steps below to cancel a member's plan.

1. In your MemberSpace backend, go to Members.

   
   

   

   
   

2. Next, find the member whose plan you'd like to cancel and click View member details.

   
   

   

   
   

3. Click Cancel below the plan.

   
   

   

   
   

4. If you're canceling a recurring payment plan, choose when you'd like the plan to cancel > enter a cancelation reason > click Cancel Subscription.

   
   

   

   
   

   If you're canceling a one-time payment or free plan, simply click Remove.

   
   

   

   
   

   If you're canceling a multiple payment plan, enter a cancelation reason and click Cancel Subscription.

   
   

   

5. For recurring and multiple payment plans, you'll see the "Canceled" tag by the plan that was canceled along with the cancelation reason.

   
   

   

   
   

   Canceled free and one-time payment plans will disappear from the member's details.
