How to access your Dashboard

The Dashboard displays metrics that allow you to better understand how your membership is performing. You can view total revenue, payments, membership activity, and product analytics. All of the data can be filtered by plans and timespan.

To access your dashboard, click the Dashboard link in your navigation:

You can access the old dashboard by clicking 'View old Dashboard' next to the filters.

Reports

The following reports are available on the Dashboard:

  • Total Revenue - The total revenue received from all members. Does not factor in refunds, chargebacks, or fees.
  • Recovering Revenue - Failed payments and signups we are trying to recover for you. Does not factor in refunds, chargebacks, or fees.
  • Saved Revenue - Revenue we have saved for you by recovering failed payments and signups. Does not factor in refunds, chargebacks, or fees.
  • Payments - All individual payments received from your members. Does not factor in refunds, chargebacks, or fees.


  • Memberships - Total # of active memberships.
  • New Memberships - Total # of new memberships for a plan.
  • Canceled Memberships - Total # of canceled memberships for a plan.
  • Trialing Memberships - Total # of trial memberships for a plan.
  • Upgraded Memberships - Total # of upgraded memberships for a plan.
  • Downgraded Memberships - Total # of new memberships for a plan.


  • Product Views - Total # of Product views across all plans.
  • Content Link Views (if applicable) - Total # of Content Link views across all plans.


Product and Content Link Views do not change based on the plan filter.

Viewing the reports

To display data from a particular plan or date range, use the drop-down filters.

Filter by plan

  • All plans
  • Multiple plans
  • Single plan

Date ranges

  • Previous 7/30/90/365 days
  • Year-To-Date
  • Custom dates
