How to reverse a cancelation set for the end of a billing period
Occasionally, members may inadvertently cancel their subscription or have a change of heart, desiring to maintain their membership without cancelling. It is possible to reverse these decisions, provided that the cancellation settings are configured to take effect at the conclusion of the billing cycle and the plan has not been officially terminated.
- In your MemberSpace go to Members
- Find the customer who canceled and click View member details > View customer in Stripe
Click the Subscriptions menu and select Don't cancel subscription
