How to add a Member Link popup to Wix

You can easily add a login form popup to your top navigation or within a specific page of your website.

When members are logged in, the popup will automatically appear as a "Your Account" link so your members can change their email, view invoices, update their payment method, cancel their subscription, etc.

Instructions for adding the popup to your site's navigation and/or a specific page are below.

Adding to your site's navigation

  1. In MemberSpace, click Customize in the left navigation > click Integrations > click Wix > scroll down to Member Link Options and click the Copy button under Popup:

  2. Make sure you are logged into your Wix backend.
  3. In your Wix dashboard, click Site & App > Website on the left. Then, click Edit Site:

  4. Click on your top navigation and then click Manage Menu:

  5. Click Add Menu Item > Link at the bottom. Then, for the web address, paste in what you previously copied and click Done:

  6. After, enter any wording you want to represent the link in the menu (e.g. "Member Login") and click Done:

  7. Lastly, don't forget to Publish your changes. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the Wix editor).

By default, the Login form will include a Create Account button. If needed, you can remove or edit the Create Account button.

Adding to a specific page

If you prefer to add a Member Link popup onto a specific page of your website, you can also feel free to do that.

  1. In MemberSpace, click Customize in the left navigation > click Integrations > click Wix > scroll down to Member Link Options and click the Copy button under Popup:

  2. Make sure you are logged into your Wix backend.
  3. Click the Pages & Menu icon on the left, then select the page to which you'd like to add the popup link:

  4. Click the Add icon on the left. You can then add any type of link (e.g. text, button, etc.). In this example, we'll select a Button:

  5. Choose whatever type of button you want, edit its text by double-clicking, then select the Link icon:

  6. Select Web address on the left > paste the code you previously copied into the URL field for web address > click Done:

  7. Lastly, don't forget to Publish your changes. To test this, you'll need to be on your live website (not the Wix editor).

By default, the Login form will include a Create Account button. If needed, you can remove or edit the Create Account button.
