How to message members

You must set up email white-labeling to use Member Messages.

Easily communicate with your members by sending emails via Member Messages. Email all members across all plans, or segment by specific plans.

Follow the steps below to message your members.

  1. In MemberSpace, click Members in the left navigation > click Message Members.

  2. Then, click Email Members. You must have at least one member to use Member Messages.

  3. Fill out the email Subject and Body. You can use the various formatting options above the Body section to customize your email.

  4. After, click Send Test Message at the bottom to send yourself a test email. This allows you to preview your email before sending it to members.

Test messages do not count against your total monthly allotment.

  5. Once you've sent a test message and confirmed that your email is ready for your members, toggle ON Ready to send real message? > select the box(es) next to the plan(s) associated with the members to which you want to send the message. You can select all plans or individual ones.

  6. Finally, click Send Now at the bottom. The total number of emails being sent (i.e. members receiving the email) is shown in parentheses.

  7. You'll find all emails you've previously sent in the Message Members view, and you can keep track of how many total messages you've sent at the bottom, left under Members Emailed.

  8. If you'd like to preview a previously sent email, click View next to any message.

There, you'll find the email content as well as details like how many members received the message, which plans they were on, and the exact day/time the email was sent.

Each month, you can send a total of 10,000 emails to members (e.g. 20 different emails to 500 members each is 10,000 total emails). The limit resets on the 1st day of each month. If you need more than 10,000 emails per month, please contact support.
