How will members view my content?

When someone becomes a member, all of their content and account access will be available directly on your website through the MemberSpace button.

The MemberSpace Button

  • The MemberSpace Button appears on your site and serves as the main gateway for members.
  • When clicked, it opens up the MemberSpace interface right on your website.
  • Displays a notification icon whenever new content is available in the What’s New feed.

Notifications for the What’s New feed only appear on the MemberSpace button. Popup links won’t display the bubble, and the embedded option automatically shows members all content (with the alert icon visible).

What Members Can Do

Inside MemberSpace, members can:

  • Access Content – View all members-only posts, files, videos, links, or pages they have access to.
  • What’s New Feed – See the latest updates and unread notifications in one central place.
  • Bookmark Content – Save content to their personal list for quick access later.
  • Search for Content – Use the search bar to quickly find the exact content they need.
  • Manage Their Account – Update profile details, change their password, and manage their billing information (like updating payment methods or reviewing invoices).

In addition to adding content directly through MemberSpace, you can also lock pages on your own website and place members-only content there. This means you can design and manage those pages however you’d like, while still restricting access to members.

However, it’s important to note:

  • Less Secure – Page protection on your website is not as secure as hosting content directly in MemberSpace.
  • Best for Simpler Content – This option can work well for basic content, but for stronger protection (e.g., files, videos, or sensitive materials), we recommend hosting through MemberSpace.
