How to remove MemberSpace branding

By default, MemberSpace displays subtle branding in a few places across your site and communications. This helps people know your membership system is powered by MemberSpace, but many users prefer a fully white-labeled experience.

Here’s where the branding appears and how to remove it.

Where MemberSpace Branding Shows Up

The MemberSpace logo or attribution is visible in several places:

  • At the bottom of login or signup forms
  • Content and Account views
  • Notification alert pop ups
  • In every notification email that MemberSpace sends

How to Remove MemberSpace Branding

If you’d rather your site and emails feel fully branded as yours, you can toggle off the MemberSpace branding:

  1. Log into your MemberSpace dashboard.
  2. Go to Customize > Look & Feel >Other Options.
  3. Find the MemberSpace branding toggle.
  4. Switch it Off.
  5. Click Save.

Once disabled, MemberSpace’s name or logo will no longer appear in the places listed above.
