How to remove the coupon field from payment forms
If you don't want to give members the option to use a coupon when joining any of your plans, you can easily remove the coupon field from your payment forms.
- Click Customize (in the left navigation)
- Click Look & Feel
- Choose Payment in the dropdown on the left.
- Select the coupon field on the right.
- Toggle OFF Enable Coupon Input.
Click Save Changes on the right:
